Your Right to Data Deletion

At WB Barber Supply, we respect your privacy and your control over your personal information. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated personal data from our systems, please follow the steps below.

 

What Data is Deleted?

Upon successful deletion, we will remove all personally identifiable information associated with your account, which may include:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, and physical address.

  • Any saved payment information (though this is typically handled by a third-party payment processor, we will ensure our records are removed).

 

How to Request Data Deletion

Because we want to ensure we are only deleting data for the actual account owner, we require a formal request.

1. Submit Your Request via Email

Please send an email to our dedicated support team at customerservice@wbbarber.com with the following information:

  • Subject Line: Data Deletion Request - [Your Full Name]

  • In the Body of the Email:

    • Your Full Name: (As listed on your WB Barber Supply account)

    • The Email Address: (Associated with your WB Barber Supply account)

    • The Phone Number: (Associated with your WB Barber Supply account, if applicable)

    • A Confirmation Statement: "I confirm that I wish to permanently and irrevocably delete my WB Barber Supply account and all associated personal data."

 

2. Verification and Processing

  1. Identity Verification: We will reply to your request within 3 business days to confirm your identity. We may ask you to confirm a unique detail about your account or recent activity to ensure the request is legitimate and not fraudulent.

  2. Processing Time: Once your identity is confirmed, we will begin the deletion process. Please allow up to 30 days for your data to be completely and permanently removed from our active systems and backups. You will receive a final confirmation email when the process is complete.

Important Considerations Before Deleting

  • Irrevocable Action: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, we will not be able to recover your account history, past appointments, loyalty points, or saved preferences.

  • Active Bookings: If you have any future appointments scheduled, they will be automatically cancelled upon deletion. We recommend you cancel all future appointments before submitting a deletion request.

  • Communication: Even after deletion, we may be legally required to retain certain transactional data for a limited time (such as financial records related to past payments) to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. This data will be anonymized where possible and secured, but will not be used for marketing purposes.
